A member of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra since 1976, Barbara Sudweeks studied with William Primrose, Max Aronoff and Sally Peck. She has been a concerto soloist with the Dallas Symphony, Shanghai Radio Orchestra, Jiangsu Province Orchestra, Kaohsiung Traditional Chinese Orchestra, Latvian Chamber Orchestra and the Utah Symphony.

RalphRALPH FIELDING (Master Class & Private Instruction)

Ralph Fielding teaches viola at the Lynn University Conservatory of Music and will teach this summer at the Montecito International Music Festival in Santa Barbara, California. Mr. Fielding graduated cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. and M.M. in Music and an M.B.A. from their School of Management.  He specializes in quickly getting players to reach their highest potential through combining a singing approach to music-making with simple ways to master the basic mechanics of bow control, shifts, string crossings and bow changes.
